Originally from Upstate New York, Mary moved to Wilmington in 1989 and has had the privilege of watching the Cape Fear region grow and evolve for more than three decades. Her extensive knowledge of Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities of New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties comes not only from her real estate experience, but also from having built her own life here. She understands the individual character of the area’s neighborhoods and beach communities, as well as the lifestyle that makes southeastern North Carolina such a special place to call home.

Mary and her husband, Tom, have lived in Kure Beach since 2010, where they raised their family and established deep roots within the coastal community. Outside of real estate, Mary is happiest spending time with her family, enjoying the beach, playing pickleball, staying active, tackling her latest home project, or being entertained by the family’s much-loved dogs. Her lifelong passion for animals is also reflected in her commitment to supporting Paws Place Dog Rescue and its mission to help dogs in need find safe and loving homes.

Mary has long tried to live and conduct her business in the spirit of her favorite Mother Teresa quote: “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.” For Mary, real estate has never been simply about houses or transactions.
